How the portal's collection can be read by people and by systems: available formats, usage license and the dataset's data dictionary.

Automated access, no registration

Beyond the pages of this portal, the collection is published in open, machine-readable formats, without requiring registration, identification or justification — in compliance with article 8, §3, items II and III, of the Brazilian Freedom of Information Act (Law 12.527/2011). Any external system can consume the addresses below.

Open data (JSON)

The complete dataset in JSON, paginated (up to 500 records per page), with the same filters as the portal search (q, categoria, exercicio). The contract is stable: the structure does not change when the portal pages evolve.

Spreadsheet (CSV)

The collection as an open, non-proprietary spreadsheet (";" separator, UTF-8 encoding), ready for any spreadsheet editor. Result sets above 5000 rows are delivered truncated — for the complete set, use the paginated open data.

Data dictionary

Fields of each document in the open data (JSON) dataset.

Field	Type	Description
`slug`	text	Public, stable identifier of the document. It forms the address of the detail page and of the file — correcting the title does not change it.
`titulo`	text	Document title.
`descricao`	text or null	Summary of the content, when provided.
`categoria`	object	Document category: slug, name, the legal basis it fulfills and the expected update frequency.
`exercicio`	integer or null	Fiscal year the document refers to.
`periodoReferencia`	text or null	Reference period within the fiscal year (e.g.: 1st quarter).
`dataDocumento`	date (YYYY-MM-DD) or null	Date of the document itself, without time zone.
`publicadoEm`	date and time (ISO 8601, UTC) or null	Moment the document went live on the portal.
`atualizadoConteudoEm`	date and time (ISO 8601, UTC) or null	Last content change: publication or file replacement. Metadata corrections do not change it.
`arquivo`	object or null	File metadata: original name, type (MIME), size in bytes and SHA-256 integrity code.
`arquivoUrl`	text or null	Relative path of the file on the portal API. Concatenate it with the API base address to download it.

In the CSV spreadsheet, the equivalent columns are: titulo, categoria, base_legal, periodicidade, exercicio, periodo_referencia, data_documento, publicado_em, atualizado_em, arquivo_url, arquivo_bytes, checksum_sha256.
